Following the trends in the real estate market, we saw the opportunity to place high-quality facilities in ideal locations at affordable prices. Our idea represents a different approach that is a key part of our success, and it involves insisting on the strict professional and ethical standards, investing in competent engineering personnel and following new trends in technology, machinery and materials.

Creation

The creation of the Company

The company was founded in 2017 with the aim to offer a new quality of living space to the market of Serbia, giving priority to the elements of ecological construction and modern building materials in its projects.

Since the creation of the company, Capital Properties has become one of the leaders in quality construction work – a modern and futuristically defined construction company capable of applying all modern technologies and construction systems. With professional engineering personnel and qualified labor force, we offered complete engineering, planning and construction services for various construction projects.

Later

One year later

After a year and a half, we successfully completed the project of building the most exclusive building in Ivanjica and its surroundings. Completed project meets all the criteria of modern construction and significantly contributes to the overall impression of the street in which it is located.

 

We have set high standards in the construction process as well as finishing work and furnishing of apartments. This is testified by many of our partners such as Geberit, Rehau, Huppe, Uponor, Hoppe, Faral, Mottura, Jika, Villeroy & Boch, Ariston, Hansgrohe, Bosal, Gedy, Kolpa-san, Spacva, Marazzi, Rockwool, Henkel ceresit …

The total area of the building is 2.000 square meters, it has three business spaces from the street side, four from a courtyard side and a total of 26 apartments.

Parking spaces that are necessary for the functioning of such complex are provided with an underground garage with over 40 parking spaces. The newly-built yard is enriched with greenery, while the entering to the underground garage its directly from the street. The link between the underground garage and the built apartments is realized by the staircase and elevator.
